Refund Policy for A.I.R. by Lexvor Inc.

At A.I.R. by Lexvor Inc., we strive to provide high-quality AI services to our users. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for subscriptions and one-time fees associated with A.I.R. plans. Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to any of our services.
1. General Refund Policy
All subscription fees and one-time fees (e.g., activation or compliance fees) for A.I.R. services are non-refundable. By subscribing to any A.I.R. plan, you acknowledge and agree that payments are final and that you are not entitled to a refund of fees already paid, except in specific cases outlined below.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
In the following limited cases, A.I.R. by Lexvor Inc. may issue a refund:
a. Technical Issues on A.I.R.’s Side

If you experience ongoing technical difficulties that prevent you from using the A.I.R. service as described, and these issues are verified to be caused by A.I.R., you may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds for technical issues are subject to review and will only be issued if we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time.
b. Service Not Provided

If you have paid for a service or feature that was not delivered due to an error or oversight on our part, you may be eligible for a refund for that specific service or feature. This does not include instances where the service is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or other standard operating procedures.
c. Incorrect Charges

If you were mistakenly charged more than the advertised or agreed-upon amount, we will refund the difference between the charged amount and the correct amount.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Customer Support: Email our support team at customrservice@airbylexvor.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and provide a detailed explanation of your issue.

Include Relevant Information: Provide your account details, billing information, and any documentation (e.g., receipts, error messages) that support your request.

Verification Process: We may require additional information to verify the issue and your eligibility for a refund.
Note: Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the billing date for the applicable charge.
4. Cancellations and Renewals
a. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your A.I.R. subscription at any time by logging into your account settings or contacting customer support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period.

No Refunds for Cancellations: Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining period of the billing cycle. You will not receive prorated refunds for partial months or unused time in the billing cycle.
b. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
c. One-Time Fees

Activation, compliance, or other one-time fees associated with your account setup are non-refundable, even if you cancel your subscription.
5. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary based on your financial institution.
6. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a charge on your account and believe it qualifies for a refund under this policy, please contact our customer support team before disputing the charge with your financial institution. We will work to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
7. Changes to This Refund Policy
A.I.R. by Lexvor Inc. reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any updates or changes to this policy will be posted on our website. By continuing to use A.I.R. services after a policy change, you agree to be bound by the updated Refund Policy.
