Developer Responsibilities: Developers are responsible for ensuring that their applications meet Lexvor’s standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
User Consent: By using A.I.R., you agree that your interactions with developer applications are at your own risk and discretion.

7. Usage Limits and Fair Use Policy
A.I.R. subscriptions come with specific usage limits, depending on the plan level (e.g., number of requests per month). Lexvor reserves the right to limit or restrict usage if it is determined that your use of A.I.R. exceeds typical levels or impacts the platform’s stability and performance.
8. Disclaimer on AI Limitations and Accuracy
A.I.R. uses advanced artificial intelligence models to provide responses and services; however, results may not always be accurate or reliable. Lexvor is not responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by A.I.R., and you are encouraged to verify any critical information.
9. User-Generated Content and Responsibility

Content Ownership: Any content you upload (e.g., photos for analysis) remains your property, but you grant Lexvor a license to use this content solely for providing A.I.R. services.
User Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide complies with all applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

10. Data Retention and Deletion

Data Retention: Lexvor retains user data for as long as necessary to provide A.I.R. services or as required by law.
Data Deletion Requests: You may request data deletion by contacting Lexvor customer support. Lexvor will comply with data deletion requests in accordance with legal and operational requirements.

A.I.R. may integrate with third-party services and smart home devices. Lexvor is not responsible for the performance, security, or data practices of these third-party services. Any interaction with third-party services is at your own risk and discretion.
12. Billing and Payment
Your subscription to A.I.R. services will incur charges based on the selected plan:

Subscription Fees: Basic Plan at $10/month; Premium Plan at $30/month. Additional charges apply for specific features or requests, as outlined in the plan details.
Billing Cycle: Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled by you at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.

13. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionalities of A.I.R., including text, images, and software, are owned by Lexvor or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Lexvor’s Rights: Lexvor reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms. Unauthorized use of A.I.R.’s content may result in legal action.
User Contributions: By submitting any feedback, suggestions, or ideas to Lexvor, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use such content in connection with the improvement of A.I.R.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties
A.I.R. is provided “as is” and “as available.” Lexvor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of A.I.R. services.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lexvor will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use A.I.R.

15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lexvor’s total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms will not exceed the amount you have paid to Lexvor in the past six months.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Lexvor harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of A.I.R., violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.
17. Force Majeure
Lexvor will not be liable for delays or failures to perform services due to causes beyond our control, including natural disasters, technical issues, legal changes, or other unforeseen events.
18. Termination
Lexvor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to A.I.R. services if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Termination by User: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Termination will take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to A.I.R. and any associated services will cease.

19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
20. Governing Language
In case of discrepancies, the English version of these Terms will prevail.
