User Agreement for A.I.R. by Lexvor Inc.

Welcome to A.I.R. by Lexvor Inc. (“A.I.R.,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the A.I.R. services and platform, including text-based AI interactions, AI-driven applications, and smart device integrations. By accessing or using A.I.R., you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use A.I.R.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any A.I.R. services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, as well as our Privacy Policy, Commenting Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. This Agreement applies to all users of A.I.R., including but not limited to individuals, businesses, and developers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use A.I.R. services. By accessing A.I.R., you represent that you are legally capable of entering into this Agreement. If you are using A.I.R. on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement.
3. User Accounts
a. Account Creation

To access certain A.I.R. features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination.

b. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify A.I.R. immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

c. Account Termination

A.I.R. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion if you violate this Agreement or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments
A.I.R. offers subscription plans with different features and usage limits. By subscribing, you agree to the terms of the specific plan selected, including any associated fees, billing cycles, and limitations.
a. Billing and Renewal

Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each billing period and automatically renew unless canceled according to our Refund Policy. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.

b. Refunds

All fees are non-refundable, except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

5. Permitted Use
A.I.R. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement. Any unauthorized use of A.I.R. services is prohibited and may result in account suspension, termination, or legal action.
a. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:
- Use A.I.R. for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from A.I.R. software or content.
- Access or attempt to access another user’s account without permission.
- Interfere with the security or integrity of A.I.R. systems.
- Use A.I.R. to post or distribute harmful, offensive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate content.
- Engage in activities that disrupt or overburden A.I.R.’s network, servers, or services.

b. User Content and Interactions

By uploading, posting, or otherwise sharing content through A.I.R., you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content to provide services to you and other users.

6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, software, and technology associated with A.I.R. are the intellectual property of A.I.R. by Lexvor Inc. or its licensors. This includes, but is not limited to, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and proprietary algorithms.

User License: This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use A.I.R.’s intellectual property beyond what is necessary for accessing and using the service.
Restrictions: You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute A.I.R. content, trademarks, or proprietary technology without our prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content and Responsibilities
A.I.R. may allow users to interact through comments, feedback, or other communication features. By submitting content, you agree to adhere to our Commenting Policy and ensure that your contributions are respectful, lawful, and relevant.

Ownership: You retain ownership of any original content you submit, but grant A.I.R. a license to use it as described in this Agreement.
Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your content and any consequences of posting it. A.I.R. reserves the right to remove content that violates this Agreement or applicable policies.

8. Privacy and Data Security
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. By using A.I.R., you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
A.I.R. may contain links to third-party websites, products, or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party services, nor do we endorse or assume liability for any third-party services. Any use of third-party services is at your own risk and discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, A.I.R. by Lexvor Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of A.I.R. services. This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless A.I.R. by Lexvor Inc., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of A.I.R. services or violation of this Agreement.
12. Termination
A.I.R. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service at its sole discretion, without notice, if you violate this Agreement, fail to comply with any applicable policies, or engage in prohibited conduct.
a. Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use A.I.R. will immediately cease. A.I.R. reserves the right to delete your account and any associated data.

b. Surviving Terms

Certain provisions, including those concerning intellectual property, liability, indemnification, and governing law, will survive termination of this Agreement.

13. Modifications to this Agreement
A.I.R. by Lexvor Inc. may update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Agreement on our website or by other means. Your continued use of A.I.R. following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
